The Brief History Of Goop In Plants Vs. Zombies...

Imagine a world where this ability never existed... yeah, it'd probably be nice. But it wouldn't be interesting, so in this video, I wanted to cover what I know about goop and the surprisingly deep history behind it. Don't expect it to be a deep dive, it's just a fun little crash course on the ability :)
(I had to take just a little bit of footage from ‪@ZackScottGames‬ here, he did not seem happy playing BFN founders and honestly? Can't blame the guy.)

3:02 actually as far as I’m aware… Rux has never sold chomp cannon. I think actually it was the only new ability added that you can unlock via sticker packs

Rux can give you superrare abilities instead of specials if you haven't got them from the sticker shop. I don't if it happens anymore but I remember him selling me Chomp Cannon for 500.000 coins, which I obviously didn't fall for. As if Rux couldn't be scummier...

Goop is G-Tier or SPP-Tier (Super Perfect Plus) Tier, it's ONGODLY overpowered. It disables abilities, slows down enemies significantly, deals damage and makes the enemies have slower turning speed so they can be more easier to eat, it even has a 5 or 7 second cooldown! But in Bfn? deals 40 damage and deals 4 tick damage long enough to kill an Imp, it also has a 10 or 11 second cooldown for it, well, after fading away. And again, disables abilities as well as makes zombie slower and unable to sprint. It even effects a bigger area than before! And honestly, Goop carries Chomper, you can't prove me otherwise.

im part of the minority here that believes chomp cannon is better than goop. if youre good at the game i see no reason to use goop over cannon cuz being able to hit 100 just like that is kinda diabolical on chomper, and even if you dont hit direct 50 on splash is also pretty nuts. yeah being unable to immobilize your enemies like goop can kinda sucks but if your enemy is close enough you can just use spikeweed anyway or just kill them lol, bite chompers have strong primaries and spray chompers have tap firing so i dont really see why you couldnt kill enemies normally especially with spikeweed in ur back pocket. yap session over.

Misinfo in this video : goop does about 10 damage across all variants of it ( normal goop does a max of 26 damage, cheesy goop does 41 damage,Super sticky does a max of 11.2) chomp cannon is a rux ability (chomp cannon is a stickerpack ability) not using ultra tackle is putting you at a disadvantage (stats proove that sprint tackle is objectivley better than Ultra tackle) please re-search a topic before making a documentary about it.

The problem isn't the slow It's the fact that you can't turn.. .. Against a class with an insta kill backstab So it's good that they just made it a fucking nuke, with fallout and all

I love how goop in bfn also does goop things as long as You are inside of the cloud, like disables abilities, and if you count sprinting being disabled, slows you down, thats such a fun feature that could never be abused by anyone 🙏
