Becky, I have found a quilt group at a neighborhood church who are in need of fabric making quilts for our local shelter for women who are from an abusive relationship. Plus police and fire for families displaced. They are so happy to have any fabric. FYI Another Becky!

Hi! Regarding placement on the mosaic blocks (and others) in my sampler, my goal was separating color as best I could. I use a design wall and stand back, making changes before I start sewing them all together. My sampler is headed to the spa for quilting, tomorrow, I hope. Enjoy every stitch!

I am not a fan of this block. All of the rest of the blocks are balanced with white and color. This is all color. Since there are no other 12” finished blocks in the book, I’m going to replace it with a block from Corey Yoder.
