Even after the encro crack the supply didn't decrease much. The smuggling networks are highly complex with redundancies and are run by some of the best logistics people around. No, they are enacting legal plunder and increasing the sentence time to be served as it earns the system money. Most do not understand the Royal Prerogative, let alone the value of the legal fiction. When you appear before the Justice you are weighed against the duty that you owe to the value of the legal fiction, the more harm, the more the claim of risks, the more that they can impose the legal plunder and containment. When you devalue that which has value then you will be deemed culpable for that loss. It is very simple when it comes to weighing up the bigger reality.

@Gecko....10 ай бұрын
The commentary from the creator of this video in regards to him saying it's rare crime pays is just false. We only see a small selection of drug suppliers getting caught, the drug industry is never significantly interrupted by police activity. There are plenty of people who get away with supplying drugs and never get caught. They are legitimate businessmen who run large companies whilst also smuggling drugs and having the means to successfully launder the proceeds, which by the way is the most likely way you'll get caught. Experts suggest that the biggest suppliers and smugglers are those who run multinational companies, including large shipping companies, who are experts in logisitics and have the means to smuggle the vast quantities of drugs supplied each year. Large Multinational companies also have the ability to hide and launder drug money without suspicion. Again, it may look like people always get caught in the end, but we are only seeing the small amount of people who do get caught. If they were all getting caught the supply of drugs would not be so steady and the price would flucuate wildly. This isn't the case, there is never a shortage of drugs even after a huge bust or the encro crack.
@camdened12345610 ай бұрын
They make up the small minority of those that actually sell drugs though. The vast majority of drug dealers earn relatively normal amounts of money and are visible with only a small minority even able to meet those at the very top. Those that are visible do get caught with a relatively high frequency and, having grown up around a bunch of people who went that way, don't tend to actually have that much money

I wasn't no kingpin, at my peak maybe 30-50k a month but I always had an exit plan and had no intention of remaining in that life although some of my best times were during that time but the moment you have doubts or grow a conscious get out. I ignored it and got caught after having a long run without ever even getting suspected. Gave it all up to my partner and put everything I had into going to legit. It took 5-7yrs just to get that urge of wanting to go back out of my system so I truly understand why a lot of guys who played the game at the highest levels struggle to quit while ahead. You'll never get that adrenaline rush and feeling in any other aspect of life. For someone like me, you're asking me to go from 30-50k a month to maybe having little to having to rely on cash reserves until you figure things out. So imagine for guys making 6-7+ figures a month with through the roof expenses, every day that goes by with nothing happening for them is a day closer to them just making a call and beginning to make all that money again like it's just switching on a tap.

That amount of heroin would have destroyed so many lives. That's why they give harsh sentences. If you've had a drug addiction in your family you would know its like cancer, it destroys the person and in the end you give up on them because the drug has consumed every part of them and left a shell 😢

Tbh it was a great pseudonym. That heartbreaking scene at the end where he calls to wish his son a happy birthday knowing he will only be seeing him grow up through glass for the next decade and a half. Poor kid didn’t deserve a father like that.

I can only imagine if I was his kid 😢 I would have felt so sorry for the father 😞 as he put his life on the line to offer his family comfortable life so as his son i would be his right hand and with his guidance and expertise i would keep and correct the loose ends so when his time is over atleast he wouldn't have to double suffer to restart from zero. But for the drugs I'll shift to hash, grass, coke, and less damaging substances, may be different role all together like money laundering and some transport management... Use the camping site as free stop over for van-lifers to make it look like busy and working, have a data for all visitors/customers as that will be proof of your cash plus few ather cars as busy driving instructor school... and make it your job to scan and download all recordings from all cameras and keep charging the memory cards and hard drives as they can use software to access deleted recordings, may be have video security service supply business run by some third party who knows nothing about your business and located far away away from your location so they can order hard drives and memory cards in bulk and trade in them even if that business just breaks even it doesn't matter as that will give a chance to launder more cash into the business. Engage independent accountant who knows how to balance the books... 📚 👌 😉 as the saying "plenty ways to skin a cat" ...

@@anthonymitchell8893 nice retort, I look after my child thank you and I stay on the right side of the law. I assume you aren’t a father but when you are you’ll understand you look after and protect your kids at all cost and disappearing to jail for over 10 years means you are a bad dad, I have little doubt this will screw his kid up for life and his son has a very high probability of going the same way his father has gone. Very sad all round

the map at 1:00 really details the intricacies of how and where the drugs get imported , if only the customs officers focused all their resources in those areas they might have a bit more success.
