You're already a National Hill Climb Champion Ed, another one would be great, but there are other talented riders over the years who deserved the accolade yet never achieved it, you however are up there with those deserving winners, be proud my friend!

Ed you are a star, fantastic effort, the climb this year opened the field up. Be proud

Thanks for sharing the video of the ride, Ed ... thank you, Charlie, for your part in the production and your partnership. Congratulations on your performance on the day ... PB!! I have been following you since your Condor days. Always impressed with your honesty, willingness to share and keeping on pushing to improve. Lessons to me, a 74 year old cyclist.... Have a plan. Stick with the plan. Measure. Adjust. Do the work! Nutrition is important. Have fun. Be happy with doing your best. Can't wait to see the plan for next year. Cheers, Champ!

An awesome effort Ed and an awesome series to follow ! You always provide great insight into the BHCC and the training that goes on behind the scenes! Enjoy your break next year (although - what on earth are we going to watch next October!) and come back to claim the title in 2026! You remain an inspiration to many!

Yup the big youngn took this one. Not suited for smaller riders. Harry Mac would've beaten many smaller world tour pros. The world champs should be a single day 3 course race with different profile stages. One short course is lazy and nonsensical
