El Siberiano Yeah they did but not when the africans of Tanzanian were paid 10% of what europeans and even foreigners were paid by. So they did but at what price? that price? Tanzania is now one of the top 10 Economically growing countries with Gdp growth ratr of 7.5% i wouldn't consider that a downhill.
