My favorite place to get inexpensive part replacements like your situation spring replacement is called the junkyard! They usually have one or two broncos in inventory! Good Luck!

Thanks but it is just a temporary fix as I do have replacements on the other truck. Our closest yard is over an hour away. We used to have one closer but he is trying to get out of it and move to bodywork and does not keep anything over a few years old

Idk people say these are hard to work on. They are easy as long as the bolts come loose. I never owed a bronco 2. But i have owned a 83 and 85 4x4 ranger

I plan on it, just waiting on the weather. I live in northern Wisconsin so winter is cold and spring is wet. I did just order parts though and have some video waiting for them to come in.

I feel for ya buddy. Late model fords are a Bitch to work on. I think the engineers had a beef with the service department and made maintenance on these trucks an absolute pain. I mean what other vehicle uses 5.5,6,7,8, and up sizes on just the fuel system? Absolute joke. Don't hate FORD flipped,over,reservation,decoration. Feel sorry for the owner.

Yea, unfortunately i know exactly what you mean. good news about it though is that a lot of times you can find one that just needs a little work but someone don't want to pay the labor rates or do it themselves.

@@repairityourself6275 very good point, I personally own 2 extended cab pickups. But largely to my dismay people become impatient and jumpy. So when you finally get a day off to check on a donor vehicle you've scoped months before you find it went to pull-n-save😡😠☹. Oh well keep her on the road freind. Great videos God bless.
