Going forward, the most important thing for Denver now is to be patient with Bo and his transition to the NFL. Stick with him. No more panicking and spinning of the QB wheel in 18-months. Run with Bo for the length of his contract and the rewards will come!

I don't know why people are so enamored with the deep ball. That kind of game ended with Bill Walsh and the West Coast Offense in about 1980. The Bradshaw to Swan/Stallworth or Stabler to Branch/Belitnikoff long pass game is a long time ago. I love the Nix pick.

Of the six QBs drafted yesterday in round one, PM Pemex imo is the most likely bust. He got beat up real bad in the Pac 12 championship with Oregon -- ten though Penex pulled out that win. But he won't last in the NFL. His frame won't take the punishment.

Dude is coming out of a gimmicky college offense that doesn’t translate where he had 5+ seconds to throw against weak defenses, never has played from under center, You can ignore the facts all you want want but fact is they reached on a late 2nd/Early 3rd rd prospect out of pure desperation. Odds Bo Nix becomes even an average starter are incredibly low especially factoring in the fact they’re gonna be forced to play this kid right away . I don’t see the Broncos QB troubles anytime soon. They’ll be picking a QB a top the draft Very soon. Denver or Payton didn’t get “their guy” they reached on a guy.
