Id really like to see a reviewer do a video on which brands are honest when claiming made in America, handmade in US, original, because I've found t.a.d. and cannae have identical bags, but triple aught claims they're handmade and thinks it deserves a $400 pricetag when I've seen the identical bag, except for the print, from another brand made in Vietnam. Eberlestock, grey ghost gear, and kifaru have some of the same bags, just different print, sometimes with a $200 difference, but if you pay very close attention to detail, you can clearly see they're exactly the same bags. And none of these brands answered me about this. I did consider maybe they were owned by the same company, but I'd think they would have answered with that.

I totally agree about the lack of customer service. Very disappointing. I had the same experience as you. I think you'll like the V3 version much better. Your laptop will be happier and so will you. Warning, it's a much stiffer bag. Seems like it will last a lifetime.

haha yeah, that's the one of the drawbacks to this bag for sure. They released a new version that's larger, but still no water bottle holder. Their new Hillside Backpack does have them, however.
