No one official has said that Kelsey had more GSR than Tory. Megan said that he shot her from the car, but she wasn't sure if he was in the front seat or back seat when he did it. She said that she was walking away, but she turned around as the shots rang out. Which is actually how Kelsey described it as well. As far as the DNA, his wasn't on the magazine. That just means that he didn't load the gun. It was already loaded! Secondly, the DNA was inconclusive on the gun itself. None of it was clear and at least some of it was female. The rest was male. She was shot or shot at. The theory that her friend shot her, then 4 minutes later, she starts texting people saying that Tory did it, Megan hops in the backseat with the person who shot her, gets a text from the shooter the next morning telling her that she's hurting from Tory beating her up, pays for her shooter's apartment, and then blamed Tory Lanez is ridiculously silly.

That's why I lied about the shooting". All of that was very early on. Since August of 2020, she's been telling the same story. Now, can someone lay out this industry plot in full detail?
