The BRUTAL Execution Of Blackbeard - The Infamous Pirate

One of the most notorious and feared pirates in History was Blackbeard. Much is mysterious about him, but it's believed that his name was Edward Teach, and he was a former British privateer. However he caused chaos and struck fear into the hearts of sailors around the coast of America. He commanded a ship known as The Queen Anne's Revenge, and had a crew of around 300 and they plundered and attacked other vessels out to sea. But then he changed his ship to the Adventure, and this became a feared warship. But there were many people out to capture and deal with Blackbeard and he finally met a very bloody end, and was posthumously executed.
He was spotted by Lietenant Robert Maynard's men who sought to end his piracy once and for all. Blackbeard fought valiantly, but when he stormed Maynard's ships he was overpowered. Blackbeard was killed and his body was littered with wounds, but following his death Maynard ordered that his head be cut off, and he was executed. Then his head was tied to Maynard's ship and it was then placed on a spike above Chesapeake Bay, to send a clear warning to other pirates.
