I think it was the rent line that wasn't nice, especially in today's economy. It's basically saying "you'll delay the inevitable for a few more weeks". It hurts to watch but that's life.

It sounds like he doesn't have a full-time amount of inventory... Matt said to him he has about the same amount of items listed and is also part-time (KZbin/Ebay). It sounds reasonable that the seller has taken a part-time job to supplement his income

I've got a hoarder estate to clear, worth thousands and thousands of dollars. Eventually I will have to attempt to sell bulk lots of vintage motorbikes, LP records, DVDs, cds, blurays, games, consoles, vintage TRS-80 and Apple computers musical instruments, toys, hot wheels, books, knick knacks, art works, figurines, etc. I have enough to fill at least a shipping container or maybe two. 😵‍💫 I can relate to that guy saying 'a ticket out of hell' because too much stuff is a living nightmare.

@@Nateosaurus he used to have them alphabetically stock at his last residence however as only half his collection is unpacked here it’s just in sections of tv shows and movies but you should have noticed all the marvel and dc ones were done chronologically and all the music titles and tv shows were together as well
