The betting line in the shop is that it's going to massively blow-by, and then likely blow-up. (Huge ring gaps, sloppy bore, and obscene compression... Not a recipe for success.... I'm going to finish it up this weekend after refitting that piston... ;^)

I was given a go cart with one of your engines on it. Would you be able to tell me what all has been done to it?

If it has a stock style carb, it’s likely an APEX motor; there’s a video on my channel about them. If it has a slide carb it’s one of my Outlaw motors and I’d need to know who I built it for originally to tell you what’s in it.

It’s got the stock style carb. And I believe it was built for my uncle John rose. I forgot what his racing team was called.
