The Bucket Walk Challenge: Pediatric Exercises for Dynamic Balance #15

I am producing this video series with my co-instructors, Liam and Mila. Thank you so much to their families for allowing them to participate. In this video series, I am teaching a progression of dynamic balance activities, starting with the easiest exercises and working our way up to challenging activities. I hope you find these educational and fun! Please be careful with these activities. There is a chance of falling when you work on balance. Please use mats, extra support, or spotting to improve safety and decrease the chance of injury.
