Great build! I have a quick question/feedback: In MaxRoll I see you clicking a button above the gear that shows stat priority for each item. However, I don't see this button on my browsers. Is it supposed to show it for everyone, or only for the build creator? Am I missing something? Anyway, thank you for the thorough build, I'm already adapting it to fit my favorite style of play with Ice Strike as the main skill.

You’ve picked echoing flames on the tree, how do you inflict ignite ?

I think the idea is getting +flat fire damage on a ring/gloves/weap and igniting the bell.

Just further explaining what the previous answer said, Tempest Bell has a low elemental ailment threshold, so when you have fire damage coming from your gear you have a chance to ignite the bell. And the bell does 30% increased elemental damage for each elemental ailment applied on it. However, I'm not sure how easy it is to Ignite the bell with the low fire dmg coming only from gear, but I believe that's the rationale coming from picking Echoing Flames.
