Servers have been catastrophically fucked for several days now. People have even been able to do tick manipulation to walk through walls! I have a repro so let's see how fast pgi fixes it

My PC is a potato which doesn't compliment the fast gameplay of a light, frame dropping and the occasional hit box registering problems, but I can usually get about 600 damage on the Scale Shot (now that I can spend 3k MC to get one). I haven't skilled up my free Jenners yet so I might try this build Bara, thanks!

Very nice! Before the Scales hot was available for MC, I recommended a Mist Lynx "Ebon Dragoon" with the Prime right torse and B right arm and 4 SRM4s as a "poor man's" Scales hot. The alpha is obviously lower, but the missile quirks really help make up for it. It's also very maneuverable and has a smaller frame. I run a pair of them with my friend quite often. The Ebon Dragoon is a hero mech, though, so this Jenner is much easier to acquire on a budget. Great work, sucks about the weird lag.

@5:25 In Australia it's 'E-myoo' for emu. Alot of words with a consonant then 'u' in Australian english get a subliminal 'y' inbetween, like 'Dyoon' (dune), 'tyoon' (tune) or Hyooj (huge).

Could the 'weird stutter' be due to the Jenner's geometry? Like the nose is hitting the terrain and registering as contact so the mech is effectively 'stuck'... a weird experience for sure.

Nah, he was jumping in air and getting same issue. Likely lag, jitter, or some kind of inconsistency on the server.

i can recommend trying 5 atm 3's or 3 atm 3s and 2srm 6s. its a very interesting playstyle but alot harder to pull off 5 atm 3: AZ5D40M0|2f|QCpL0|PG|6SqL0|PG|6S|n

There have been so many Assault mechs that go AFK or disconnect at the start of the battle recently x.x i hope PGI adds some basic AI that takes over controls of AFK or disconnected mechs because it's really really hard to win outnumbered 11 vs 12 from the start of the battle

Or just add a warning sound that the match has started, that goes through even if someone has alt-tabbed while waiting that loooong loading screen.

Wondering if the getting stuck issue is something that PGI has done with terrain/collision detection. I've noticed since the last patch that my mechs have been getting caught on walls whilst peeking around corners, just seems a lot more 'sticky' now

i think colliding with other mechs forces the game to try and figure out when you hit them and how much that stops you, the more ping the more teleportation

I made my jenner with x6 srm 6 and shaved armor and its really fun but its somewhat risky if you dont play as an ambush predator. Ive been getting that stuttering and it only happens sometimes when I get close to enemy mechs, it really sucks because I love brawling so it has wrecked me and messed up srm blasts a few times...
