You brought up entering bionis shoulder from base game but nothing related beyond that, which is a bit surprising you weren't aware of related glitches. There's actually a massive rabbit hole with other glitches using that glitch as the basis. That glitch if used in restricted challenges causes a variant of the same glitch called party swap. What happens during party swap is that your team now permanently becomes whatever the team is of the challenge you chose. Using party swap as a base, you can cause two major glitches: arts inheritance and the lesser known equipment inheritance. The glitches are self-explanatory in name: you inherit arts and equipment originally from other characters. Arts inheritance is a complex glitch in how it works and everything but it's simple to execute. TJ Blakely has two videos I would recommend checking out talking about it. If you want a glimpse into how deep the rabbit hole goes and what speedrunners have gone through trying to understand the glitch, you can read a document written by ArcheKnight detailing current knowledge about it. But tl;dr, you can become very broken since you have access to everyone's arts but its an arts gacha that you can spend potentially very many hours doing. It's less documented since it's only been brought back into attention this year and figured out. But the big problem we had at first was getting the game to not crash. Eventually we figured out a method where you wouldn't crash (the game would crash at JUJU'S BUGGY of all things). I have a vid showing how to do the glitch, which is currently the only resource that exists for the glitch. The important thing about this glitch is it's by far the most cursed thing in the series. Somehow I got a variation of the slant glitch to activate in XC2 by knocking over the precarious icicle in Tantal. I think it landed on Zeke in a weird way, and it caused him to walk in place while slanted.

One way to circumvent getting stuck in Zombie Hover is by performing it with Nia then engage Dromarch. The Zombie Hover glitch input is not exclusive to Rex. I've done it this way to explore Elysium and reach cutscene locations such as the Conduit room and the escape pod port.

There's also a way to clip into walls in xc3. You have to push a character off of a cliff and they will respawn on the other side of a wall.

I found this glitch in XC2 in Gafront village were you can clip behind the latter (that you need kick down) by jumping and barely touching the side of the ladder which clips you behind the ladder. The only use for this is being cool and getting to the mushroom cave without burning the vines lmao

Something interessting is that the maximum damage-glitch is not the only time something just plain does not work. In DE, they just sorta...have some voiceclips wrongly assigned, some that should play regularly only play in very limited circumstanced, don't play at all or don't play how they are supposed to because they altered how some of them work to weird effect.(Maybe a result of pushing the game into the Xenoblade 2-framework) 6:25 It is very fun to mess around with this code. I particularly like the weird way it interacts with tutorials and also how it can cause you to get stuck if you use it right before the first waypoint is activated.

In XB2, if you use the instant kill code in the title screen, the game will just crash. Another is that, if you use it on the final boss fight during the beginning cutscene, and you skip the cutscene, entire party will clip through the floor and fall down the world tree until they all die and you are sent to the title screen. Proof can be provided if you want.

Damn, no mention of the art randomiser glitch, which honestly is the most insane glitch related thing I've seen from these games. EDIT: I'm a dummy and realised that I said skill instead of art.

@@ShiftedPyro The actual glitch should be called Art Inheritence. There is a very indepth walkthrough on how it works, but the basic gist of it is that it requires a Cleared save file without some of the Colony 9/Tephra Cave collection quests completed. Accept those quests, go to a challenge portal and talk to the archsage. If it's the right collection quest, the quest items should be sold by the archsage. Buy them and then WITHOUT exiting the menu, attempt a restricted trial and fail the trial. (before the trial starts, a quest completion screen will pop up, and it's recommended to wait at least 5 seconds before getting rid of that screen) The glitch is set up if you failed the trial but respawned outside of the challenge portal. Now all thats left is making a NG+ file, and now some of the party members have an empty art list. As long as they don't learn any new arts, you can get any art through going up and down on your "art list". There is no current method to get the art you want, which is why I call it an art randomiser. On the plus side, you can get basically any art (including other actions such as FLEE for some reason). (Also yea I edited my original comment because I mixed up terms. it is actually an art randomiser)

I'm not exactly sure how to trigger it, but there's a way to prevent the game from loading in the new area when using fast travel, meaning you just get a black screen. I believe I activated it by entering the menu, leaving it almost instantly, then using the shortcut to access the area map. The really odd thing is how to make the game load after getting stuck on the black screen. You can reliably get the game running again by exiting to the home menu, putting the console to sleep, waking it back up, then re-entering the game. It has always loaded after doing that when I've triggered the glitch

I thought the elephant in the room was gonna be the chapter skip. You could skip to Chapter 6 from Chapter 3 by baiting a superboss down, killing it and then warping to its tomestone.

I encountered an awful glitch in XC 3. In the mission "Forgotten Supplies", after fighting the team of Colony 9 for the supply drop, the quest simply glitches and the supply drop doesn't appear anymore. Thus stopping you from completing the quest. This quest is also required for Zeon's ascension, locking him up effectively at level 10 for the rest of the game.

there was a bug in xenoblade 3 where if mio had long hair and the soulhacker equipped, the weapons wouldn't show up in the menus or combat, it also could have been effected by her clothing but that's what I found before it was maybe patched?

i just recently check my affinity chart for xenoblade 3 and nia was not added right after melia quest. is it a bug, i even have another save file to do melia quest but nia is not add to the affinity chart, i even watch videos and they were able to get nia to affinity chat.

You forgot the arts duplication/inheritance glitch for XCDE! SPOILERS FOR XC3 BELOW! Also, I had a glitch in XC3 where party members would die out of combat. When I entered combat, everyone was stuck in a loop of dying and being revived (likely the revive that happens out of combat) until I fell off of a ledge, sending me back to the last place I was at. If it helps in recreating the glitch, it was at the camp right before you enter the Keves castle. it occured once I went down the zipline.

@@ShiftedPyro I'd say it's more so you either need a better mic/environment or need to eq it. As it stands the audio is picking up too much of the low end and drowning out the actual words of the high end, making it hard to hear the words despite the audio itself being loud.
