Can you please share more details about the repeating task automation in the Bulletproof workspace and how this offers a broader functionality than the native Notion one? The current "Repeat" template task that notion offers is very limited. I personally need something more advanced like is offered by the Asana recurring tasks settings so that when I set a recurring task and I mark it as done a new duplicate will >>INSTANTLY

Very clear, thanks for the question. One of Notion's biggest limitations is automation, including the inability to evaluate conditions ("if X is true, do Y, otherwise do Z"). That's what's needed to achieve your goal of instant task recreation. Until then, it'd need to be configured in Zapier, Make, etc.

Hello William. I came across your template and find it very interesting. I work in a small tiler business and we are thinking about implementing notion in our business. Would this template work well for our type of business? Also, we need this template to be in German, so is it possible for me to change all the database titles, names, etc to German without 'disturbing' some formulas or creating other problems? I don't really know what does this mean? Most presented pages we already make in our Notion... Is it like a new feature capability now we can do? or a "pre-defined template ideas"? or is it the technical database engine called Bulletproof? I feel excited but confused at the same time.

Thanks for asking. Bulletproof is a methodology for architecting Notion workspaces. It's based on the principle of centralizing all information in related master databases, then accessing content through filtered contextual views. Many of those views are generated automatically through templates. The Bulletproof Workspace 4.0 is a template built on the Bulletproof methodology. It includes master databases for the primary types of content managed in Notion. Those databases are configured in a way that maximizes Notion and draws from traditional productivity methodologies.

You can easily restrict access to that space. But if you use Notion with a team, I'd keep an independent workspace for your personal needs.
