The Butterfly Circus

At the height of the Great Depression, the showman (Eduardo Verastegui) of a renowned circus leads his troupe through the devastated American landscape, lifting the spirits of audiences along the way. During their travels they discover Will (Nick Vujicic), a man without limbs at a carnival sideshow, but after an intriguing encounter with the showman he becomes driven to hope against everything he has ever believed.

I love how Will transformed as he stopped believing what others said about him and started believing in who he really is. Just like a caterpillar emerging out of a cocoon into a beautiful flying butterfly, we too can sore and help others as we embrace our strengths and assets. Father at the beginning is the amazing Doug Jones. He plays a lot of creature roles, because he's so thin he doesn't bulk up the costumes, and his sense of movement is gorgeous and expressive. He is a veritable muse to Guillermo del Toro. "Pan's Labyrinth" (the Faun, the Pale Man), "Hellboy" (Abe Sapien), "Hellboy 2" (Abe, Angel of Death). Brilliant.
