no they start shooting season 6 in december and she would have her baby already, and by the time she was showing they were almost done filming season 5. They finish filming like a week before the premiere because I recall Alex saying that before at the premiere party.

(3rd post!) It's possible the baby's could be Alcides in the show... I mean they stared shooting season 7 already remember... The show gets shot like a year before it actually airs.. But it's unlikely in the comicon trailer for true blood they show Alcide with a different girl and Sookie with bill... Jus saying..
