Filipinos can learn from the Americans on how to prepare apartments or houses before renting. Make sure everything is clean, walls are painted, and things are fixed. It’s disgusting to see houses in the Philippines being rented that are filthy with molds, things are broken and paints are chipping and depending on the renters to fix the rentals.

It’s a run down duplex, terrible location being next to trains they’re gonna hate the noise of those trains, especially at night! - Tiny kitchen! Anytime a landlord states she’s not a slumlord, she’s probably a slumlord. I thought Tom was smarter than this, 4 years in an apartment, why doesn’t the man buy a house?
