Today's recipe is for a rich chiffon cake with chocolate.
It doesn't shrivel up over time and is very fluffy and easy to eat.
▷Ingredients (15cm):
50 g sweet chocolate
25 g milk
3 egg yolks
40 g oil
50 g rice flour
5 g cocoa powder
3 egg whites
60 g granulated sugar
▷How to make:
1. Melt sweet chocolate in a bowl, add milk and mix.
2. Add egg yolks, oil, rice flour and cocoa powder in this order.
3. Add granulated sugar to egg whites in 3 parts to make meringue.
4. Mix chocolate batter and meringue together.
5. Pour the mixture into two chiffon cake molds and bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 25 to 30 minutes. Turn the molds over and remove from heat.
