THE TRAIN
The Caledonian Sleeper is one train that serves several destinations and will split into mini trains enroute at Edinburgh i.e. the same train that leaves London for Fort William will split at Edinburgh to allow passengers to head up to Inverness. You are allocated to the correct car for your destination at the station. The Caledonian sleeper runs with brand new MK5 sleeper coaches as of 2019, I found all amenities within the room to be working well during the journey and the club class room to be exceptionally comfortable.
TICKETS
I purchased tickets direct with sleeper.scot, ticket prices one way were £250 for a twin room. I booked quite close to the time of travel and you maybe able to get a better price in advance.
SOCIAL DISTANCING - AS OF 21/08/20
At the time of filming social distancing is maintained on the train where you need to wear face masks unless in a private compartment, the buffet car is also closed with a small continental breakfast delivered to your room. Caledonian run lounges at stations are also closed, however I was able to use the Avanti lounge at Euston which accepts Caledonian club class passengers.

I did that journey a month after you and after listening to the creaking and groaning of the carriage in your video it reminded me of why I didn't get any sleep. Apart from that the scenery was fantastic as was the ride on the Jacobite.

For a club twin it should be between £200 - £300 depending on how early you book beforehand
