The Call of Jeremiah - Jeremiah 1:4-10

I am an ELCA Lutheran from South Carolina. Today (July 16), Jeremiah 1:4-15 was the basis for our Sunday School Lesson of the Day. It was entitled "Jeremiah's Call and Commission." The hymn, "Come Down, O Love Divine," written by Bianco de Siena (1434) and translated by Richard F. Littledale (1833-1890) is a good hymn to compliment this Scripture, regardless of denomination.
