I think the biggest hurdle for me was to stop comparing myself to my Pastor, whose been preaching since he was 14 (well polished presenter).

You are correct, I was told as a child I would be a Pastor, I said no, then again as a teenager I said couldn't be me. I'm 45 and A Minister, in June will be an Elder of the Church. What GOD has for you, you can't deny.

This is an interesting post. Because no matter how socially introverted , still tongued , or how much social skills I lack somehow someway I always find myself pondering on becoming a minister or bishop or just serving the Lord however I can even if I'm just letting my life and behavior "preach" for me
