I'm still so in disbelief that an internet sensation noticed his "fame" after years and now does videos himself and even interacts with viewers from all over the world (german here). Most doctors who got internet fame because of their examination videos never know about their impact. It's a surprise but a welcoming one. I'm sure he smiles and finds it odd sometimes when he thinks about why so many people watch his exams but being the, most likely, curious person that he is, he probably looked ASMR up and knows by now exactly what it is^^.

thank you and yes it takes years of listening to become an expert. I had a virus of my heart sack. It felt "itchy". Only one doctor could "hear" the special sound that this condition makes. Thankfully the cure was just waiting for it to go away!. But it felt very odd, and all the other doctors and nurses came over to listen after my diagnosis as they wanted to practice!

Points you may consider in the future (you dont need to re-upload this one, its fine as it is, for realsies): Your last "direct cut" overlaps the outro transition. The volume is a little bit low. A Littman 3200 - my parents bought it for me when I graduated. Which I’m so pleased about as one of them isn’t here now. Every time is goes off for servicing, I explain, it must be repaired not replaced, as it is so important to me 😊

Dr Gill, whilst doing demonstrations with students have you ever actually detected a health condition they weren't aware of?

Every year we always send at least one student to see their GP When we do clinical skills sessions, we’re all examining each other, so in many ways, they get a pretty thorough work up over the first year of the course 😊

No pitapaper this time? Oh, ok. I hope it is so useful for its original purpose as it is for ASMR, because it is damn good for relaxation! Thanks, Doc! Hugs from Brazil, Kelly.
