I should have sold when the wife wanted to. But i wanted to, at some point, not have a mortgage. Sadly, once the warming signs start to show, i you can't really sell without fixing it first. Unless you just want to give away the house. Fingers crossed, they should be done today. Then come the task of putting everything back.

Thanks Phil! I expect it'll be a couple of weeks to get back to normal. I have lots of footage to edit though. I shot the Gaahleri review before I left, I also before I left printed, prepped, and painted a fully 3D printed BAC Mono kit and filmed the assembly in the hotel, and today I almost wrapped up the Ferrari. I just have plates and registration stickers to finish it off, I'll need to film a final on that, and an unboxing on the next build which I want to do as a build series. I haven't done one in a while.
