2021 was my first gathering. I was definitely out of my comfort zone - I have never been to anything quite like it. Not even 15 minutes into the grounds and some girl stopped me driving to try and get me to flash her. lmao I can not wait for this year. Thank you so much for doing these documentaries, they come in handy in trying to get my older brother to go!

I've always said, ICP's success has always come from the way they've embraced their fans. They ARE their fans. They engage their audience in a way most bands wouldn't never dare to do. Taking pictures, hanging out, releasing all kinds of stuff for their fans, and of course the famous gathering. Its pretty incredible to see.

When I was a teenager I did “street team” promotion for a few bands. One in particular was called New Medicine. Out of all the bands I did the work for (showing up to concerts and hanging up posters, handing out stickers, etc), they were the most fan oriented. We showed up, were on the house list (not the guest list, the house list), and had access to free drinks at the bar, something my dad was super stoked about of course. While I’m hanging up posters, the band comes over to personally thank me and offered to sign a poster. Later that night, DURING THE SHOW, the lead singer is on stage talking to the crowd, comes over to where we were, notices us, and says into the mic “hey thanks for helping us out tonight guys!”. I was floored. This was well over a decade ago and while they’ve grown incredibly successful, they’re still extremely accessible to their fans. You can message them, get a response. Recently had the lead singer offer to send me a signed poster from a Facebook comment. Their fans are FIERCELY loyal and will do whatever it takes to help them in their successes. And it’s because they’re accessible and loyal to their fans. They used to sell CD’s for $10 after their set to the crowd, and you could meet them, take photos, etc. and funny enough to this day, they still will stand and have full conversations with fans. They’re so great. And I’ll always support them solely because they’re not just talented, but they show a true appreciation to the fans who help them move along.

This is a great documentary, man. I was always hiding my ICP addiction ever since middle school. Now, I’m 34, married and still listening to ICP. I wouldn’t consider myself a Juggalo but a huge fan.

I'm not even done with this documentary and I already love it. I was recommended it by tpe. And I'm so happy I'm watching it. I watched a family underground documentary from 2009 a few weeks back and I love that. But this just feels a lot more raw and real. And I like that feeling. It seems like all you did was just tape a camera to your chest and film everything. Which is awesome. I can't wait to go to my first gathering this year. It's going to be great.
