@stephaniediego4068 She is and was devastated by this tragedy. Proof of this can be found in police interviews where Christine Russo and the investigators (who are friends) where christine says shes always at the crash site and the graves, that she said it should have been her. Also by her text messages which are public record. And even letters submitted to the court that were denied by the judge from the adults in charge of her at the juvenile where she was held for 7 months that said she was remorseful, cried often, had photos in memory of them and quite a few other things (also part of public records)

@stephaniediego4068 she is innocent, this was a tragic accident most likely caused by sudden unintended acceleration, if you watch the video ad the go around the curve the car jerks multiple times and that is when it starts. This is such a common problem in toyotas they call it "runaway toyota" it has been the proven death of hundreds of people, there are even 911 calls from drivers stuck on 100 with children in the car screaming for help but no help comes! Toyota still settles claims regularly! The only way to prove this would have been with the cars CPU which the investigation made sure they didn't collect! They knew about the SUA it was brought up in a recording by an investigator, why was there only one Forensic exam of the car done? Why are the drawings by the first responder of the scene different each time they are drawn?

I don't agree with the guest who kept making excuses that she was just a teenager. Teenagers can be narcissists, sociopaths and psychopaths. The judge ruled that the defendant's actions were “controlled, methodical, deliberate, intentional, and purposeful” and that Mackenzie meant to kill the young men and showed a shocking lack of remorse, pre-drove the route, didn't touch the brakes and tried to dissuade the friend knowing she was going to crash. Mackenzie and her mother behaved horribly post murder with zero remorse. Also, she was signing up for modeling auditions right afterwards and was on social media partying weeks post crash.

@@Face30001. I realize I am a very “mature” adult however I don’t think it is appropriate for her parents to endorse her living with a guy at 17. I’m far from uptight. I raised 2 children who are now adults. I bought my son “raincoats” when he was an early teen and talked to him about it. My daughter actually talked to me when she decided to have full sex. I was far from a perfect parent. I think there are limits particularly given her prefrontal cortex wasn’t developed and she had an impulsivity issue.
