Recently found you. You've become one of my two favorite yarn hosts. You are so real and so much fun to just hang out with and thanks for all you've taught me so far. Especially the hauls. I have learned valuable info. I had to write you over the review of Flecks. I've recently retired and crochet is my side hustle. Baby gifts and higher end shawls, scarves and hats. Crocheted all my life, but just the basics. It's my "work" now😁. Working on building enough stock to sell. Almost finished with Adalia shawl pattern from Fiber Expressions in Premier Bamboo Fair. Delicious. I love love love Flecks. It's splits sure, not that bad, well worth the not minding. It glides through my hands. Thanks for the obs after wash. I've used Flecks only for baby gifts. Washing and drying is a huge issue. I have a half blanket size piece I'm not happy with the stitch I chose, I'm gonna put it thru a real life test wash/dry. I do have a lovely shell stitch baby blanky in easter colors Flecks. Who doesn't love those spring colors together. 5 color, row by row. I have a workable amount of the entire pallet, but for the cream/off white. I refused to buy it. Come on Loops, that color if together with the others, just ugly. Sad. Loops looks like they came through! I would have driven back as well. White was needed. Brings the rest of the pallet together. I was stumped why they didn't to begin with. I can so understand that car moment when the yarn was gone. Hope it brings joy, but what a bummer. CAUSE THEY DID WHITE lmao. I so hope someone understands. It's white damit! Another thought to add on Flecks. It's heavy. Very heavy, yet it springs into shape once tension is off it. The drape is spot on. (I spent 20 years in retail, many at JoAnn back in the 80's as a store mgr), so fabric drape is my Zen. One thing I loved seeing is the close up you showed after wash, kept it's CUTE shine! BTW, I'm a Boye girl, or similar. I just can't the other style. But, the older you get, the slicker your skin. Frustrating. I remember sharing hobbies with my dad, and him saying that. I didn't get it at the time, sure do now. Aging, one's hand skin gets slicker, and slicker. So there's a little packet of slip on cushions at Hob, makes all the difference. I need my hand to dance, with a light grip. It becomes....not work. I also want to return to thread. I could not without these slip on foam grips. A life saver. So share it if you haven't 💕 Thank you Jennifer and Juju. I have a daughter 20 years ago both of us same age as you two now. She's 38 'm 62. I've been around Tube a couple years but rarely email anyone. I'd like to send pics of my work to share, especially Easter Eggs in Flecks. I have accounts in Insta and Tweet, but never used them. Gonna see if Tubie email allows me to attach a pic of Easter Eggs so peeps can see how Flecks works up. Anyways I'll email ya on Tubie and see how we can get Eggs out there. i think with work, it shows off what Flecks can do. Pitties rock, after a lifetime travel in not the safest places and meeting many a dog, not a one I was afraid of. Yet a man in my complex walks two teen he's not in control of, I feel I need to carry. It's not the dog, it's the stupid human. Dog smarter than human. You holding that baby I wanted to yell from highest mountain. Let peeps chirp about pitties, doubt the loudest ever looked any dog in the eye. I'm a Westminster fan, just not anyone in my life also enjoys. I once was a mom of a Komondor/other. A pup someone wanting rid of. Too hot climate for the dreds, so yearly a quilt in the floor to clip. But the smartest dog. I had to address this. I took it as some idiot chirped over the breed. In the short time I've watched, you saved your babies' life. I've been thru a death like that. I was about 11 and we fed pork bones to a small dog. Splintered insides and after 4 pints compared to human. It was so bad i still think about it in terms of please never do this. We had no idea. Never ever feed pork to a pet. I've almost stopped eating it but for certain cuts and curing. I'd hold that baby in my lap too Juju. Thanks so much Jennifer. Juju. I wake up to you here in NW TX HUGS CONGRATS GRAD!!! I bet you are correct, that person in the red car found your lost bag of yarn. She left and moved way away from the parking spot to look in the bag, she was guilty and knew it was probably you who lost the bag. If it had been me, I think I would have walked over to her car and tapped on the window to ask if she found your bag. Lolol. I love getting those containers at Michael’s. I get the lock and lock ones also and made a little Crochet pad to fit the bottom so when I take it place it doesn’t rattle everything so loud. Lol Can’t beat the prices. I’ve also seen them at Hobby Lobby and other places for more also. Too bad the person that took the yarn and saw you looking for it in the parking didn’t have a Conscious. I so wish you still lived near me (then again I think I bought some of the only pale rainbow flecks I’ve seen around here too. My closest store didn’t have that shade last week either) since like I said I picked some up because I fell in love with it too then promptly forgot wtf I was planning to make with it. 😂 So I have had two skeins just hanging around for the last 3-4 weeks now. I would’ve happily given you mine and bought more whenever I found it or got around to that. I had no idea it was brand new. Like shoot, might have been placed on the shelf the same day I found it. I was so excited that you finally found the Soft Rainbow Flecks I nearly spilled the napping Chihuahua from my lap!! I know how you must have felt. Went to my Michaels specifically to find that yarn and couldn't. (it wasn't even listed on the store site). I picked up the Sweet Cream as a consolation prize, walked around the corner and ran face-first into the last 3 skeins of the Soft Rainbow on an end-cap! I giggled all the way out of the store so I'm sure the clerk thought I'd lost my mind.

I checked my Michaels online and they do have the same yarn in the rainbow colour. But I live in Canada and it's $7.99 a ball I too have the bigger balls when it first came out. I bought it in blue and pink and the darker pink I haven't used any yet. I really like what you're wearing so I think I will make one with this yarn. I did buy 4 each of the colours. I love the feel of it. My Michaels is over a hour drive away so its actually cheaper to order on line and pay shipping $14.95 instead of my gas lol

I lost my new glasses at tescos and whent back to see if they had been handed in luckily someone had hamded them in. I paid a lot for them so would have been really upset if they were not there. Glad you got some more yarn it looks very pretty.

Maybe the person who saw it actually picked it up and took back into the store. Then the person who he handed it to just threw it under the counter or something. A few months ago; after "shopping" at a craft store I realized that I had accidently put a small item in my pocket. I "returned" it several weeks later and the sales person looked at me like I was crazy!

i need those fleecks, so adorable. i still have them on the cart lol i wonder how good my michaels is because a lot of ppl have been complaining about these stores not having enough yarns etc etc. mine is 6 mins away from me but since the pandemic i havent left the house :( i do love the poncho im apple shape so shapes like these helps a lot. i love that you can use it 2 ways. i wouldnt expect it to be made from that yarn i mean it looks super pretty, i couldnt see the small pompoms.

I'm sorry that this happened and that someone didn't return it to the store. I know that some people will do that cause I had someone take some of my stuff while attending a crafting class. Juju looked amazing on Graduation day. The family photo was fantastic. You all were so happy and proud looking in that photo.

The woman didn't have to try to drive away she could have waited to see what you were going to do back there. It could have been a sing that she was guilty? Why would she drive away. Then stop and look at her car. When she was parked back there she could have looked through her car then. She. Picked up something that didn't belong to her. What else would you drive away so fast? How funny she was parked in the same place you were but in a strange way of parking like she was covering something up.
