Because of time constraints, I wasn't able to mention defense lawyer James A. Waldron Sr. who you can see second to the left in the photo of the defense team at the 4:29 mark of the video. Waldron was a prominent lawyer in the Trenton area and an important public defender in the case of the Trenton Six. Credit goes to his daughter Laura Darby who brought this to my attention in the comments section below. Thanks Laura!

Thanks, Jim! I looked into that one and it may be a little too new (Believe it or not) for my wheelhouse but I added it to the list! Thanks for the suggestion and for watching!

Fascinating information (and heartbreaking what those men had to deal with). As someone who is working in Trenton, I've found these historical videos especially interesting and well-researched. Keep it up! You're doing great work

Could you please add my father,James A. Waldron Sr. to your description of the defendants. My father, was the second person in your defense picture. He had been in the FBI and the OSS in China and Formosa with his brother T. Howard Waldron, (Trenton's Public Safety Director for many years). My father was a prominent attorney in Trenton, and always talked of being proud of being a Public Defender to the Trenton Six

Hi Laura, I read all about your father's work in the case. I was already running too long on the video or I would have mentioned him. I'm sorry I left some things out and didn't mention your father. Unfortunately, I can't change the movie now that it's been posted but I can leave a pinned tweet up at the top about his service on the case. Was your dad the one in the picture with Frank Katzenbach, Robert Queen and James Turp?
@bluefan44554 жыл бұрын
@@TheMickeyShuffle Yes, he was next to Mr. Katzenbach

Thanks Mick. That's a pretty comprehensive summary. Tragic story. I did enjoy the footage from @cb4visuals, too. And thanks for the credits. I might dig a little deeper sometime. Your videos are getting a little more sophisticated, too. Looks good.
