I’m grateful you told us about your home. Our Veterans deserve so much more than they’re getting. I’m thankful you were able to get a VA loan for your house. Thank you for sharing that,Paul. Maybe if the bank doesn’t put up a fence, you could contact someone at city council and have them look at it as a safety hazard. I’m surprised no one has driven over the edge,yet 🤔. All it would take is someone hitting the gas pedal instead of the brakes!! Even guard rails would be better than nothing.

Happy new month of November, Paul! We were greeted with snow. Loved your “Mutual of Omaha” shots of the birds. I’ve never seen a bald Eagle but plenty of hawks here. You can buy a new chimney for the light at hardware store no need for a shade Can you put up a farm fence ? that’s a cheap way to go. You can have 3 Tbs of raw honey a day it digest at a different glycemic rate & doesn’t raise blood sugar

Heyy Paul Seems I'm getting the same weather as you are, had some heavy snow flurries but nothing sticking yet I think you should build a fence, but go to the town zoning board to find out what permits if any you might need to put up a fence, while you're there, get a building permit so you can build a pallet shed/shack, don't need the government giving you any grief over building a shed then being forced to tear it down because you didn't have a permit, the great thing is that you'll be able to build it pretty much the way you want ( within reason), I've built a few sheds over the years, and it's better to have the permits before you start building

I'm into constructing things as you might have understood and I've been looking at your truck, on the top rails of the bed you have some slots, if you make bedsides it is easy to make them with tabs that goes down in the slots and high enough to go on the inside of your old racks, that way you can secure it with an belt or if you opt to go on the outside with them (for easier removal when loaded) you could get "stabledoorlocks" welded in and a pair of tabs to secure them to the frame 😁

Congrats on the house! 14:30 Here they'd have to put a fence up at the retaining wall. The insurance liability would be so high for NOT having it that it would pay them to put one in. I'd come at it from that angle. If it saves them money, they'll go for it.

Hey John. Yes I think it is the bank's responsibility but they are saying no so I'm having to bring the issue up with the city. I've talked to the bank manager in person and have emailed several times the facilities manager. They're all saying no. I'm still being nice and kind but I'm not accepting no for an answer.
