Looks like you need a positive relationship with either Chris or Linda. I had one with Chris by following these steps: - Stick to the script when you first start playing as Jaime. That means both ripping the restraint off and selecting the Defiant option. - Side with Chris when having to choose between her argument or Linda's. - When talking about the Frank Stone case in Jaime's garage, make sure to select the Suspicious option as the other will cause a negative reaction to Chris. - Go to the drugstore first instead of the curiosity store. Pick the Encouraging option when telling Jaime to haggle with the clerk. - When you go to the curiosity store, have Chris agree with Jaime about not trying to steal. - While waiting for Chris and Robert to come to Jaime's garage, select the Excited option as the other will cause negative points.

I had an almost maxed out relationship with Chris pretty much right at the end of the bar and the conversation never comes up. She just says she cares how I feel then I get the option to break up or stay with her nothing about Linda.

You don’t need to fail to catch Robert. Just do what Linda warned you against and act jealous/possessive. It’s a shame they cut out the romance between Linda and his sister.

I got this by complete accident on my second playthrough, and to assure you, failing to catch Robert is not necessary.

I followed this and I didn't get the option to confess. I'm wondering if it has to do with how much relationship they have? Like maybe Jaime needs higher relationship with Linda than he does with Chris.

i figured it out, i had to go back and side with linda a lot more! relationship definitely plays a huge part

If I am honest, I wouldn’t really care what would happen with Jaime. He’s kind of a POS with Robert and is mostly in it for his own selfish reasons. I get that he wants to spend time with his girlfriend and best friend, but there’s other ways of going about it.

Im almost certain that this branch is bugged. Either it doesnt save some of the choices or it glitches out because I've been trying to get this to pop for a day and a half, restarting over and over and over. This is literally the only branch i have left for the All Seeing achievement, (Which has also been stuck on 110 the entire time, so that's also bugged.) Im seriously just going to wait for supermassive to patch this bugged out mess of a game before trying to get this 100% again.
