May as well turn on ray tracing. That with FSR 3 on Ultra, FG and ray tracing @ 1440p gives me about the same fps on my 6700XT/5900x. Maybe this game takes advantage of the 64MB L3 cache or something. Even on balanced FSR3, it looks just as good and I get into the 50's fps. Then I tried VSR, set the game to 4K and used Ultra Performance FSR3 and Performance, which also looked good and gave the same fps. You can fine tune the upscaling with that slider, btw.
