The Blight is named after the blight, not the other way around. Every Halloween the Entiry starts getting “blighted” with that weird orange substance and needs the people in its realm to purify itself, the Blight (the killer) started experimenting with it in an attempt to escape the Entity’s realm and even managed to kidnap several killers to infect them with the blight (the phenomenon) before experimenting on himself, but he got addicted to it and so ended up becoming a killer in the Entity’s employ.

Hmm... I only have a guess on one of them. I think that the top right circular trinket might be either The Plague's Blessed Apple or Ashen Apple, because the shape kind of looks like the shape of an apple, I guess.

I got some of my thoughts on what some of them could be. bottom left gives me bag vibes. Trapper has a trapper bag, its also one of his more recognizable add-ons. Spirit also has some charm add-ons that are in little bags. top left could also be the plagues severed toe. it could also be an upside down family crest from the oni. Could also be an upright severed tongue from the artist. bottoms right im gonna say is some kind of rope/chain/other that's been lopped around on the ground and made the weird shape. or maybe their front facing shoes? with one shoe being droopy? i think hillbilly has some shoe add-ons. I got nothing on the top right, not many perfect sphere's in dbd.

[theory 1] The middle right one could be Black Incense, an Add-on for the Entity. Also the running theme seems to be close servants of the Entity. All Killers represented by Charms are either very happy in the Realm, loyal to/in debt to/under control of the Entity or, in Case of Dredge, potentially related to it directly. (Can go into more detail) Many of the missing Killers are less aligned with it: -Trapper and the Unknown for example have actively resisted it, -Deathslinger and Wraith only think of their duties as a Job, -Hillbilly and Spirit are emotionally preoccupied etc. I also don‘t think we‘ll see much of Skull Merchant, Singularity and the Unknown as they are relatively recent additions; for DBDs first spin off, they‘ll likely look towards more established characters. I‘m honestly surprised Knight is included here, but I suppose his design still fits with the likes of Twins or Trapper aesthetically

I'm guessing the feather like shape is from the artist's "Iridescent Feather" to match the rest of the trinkets that are mostly iridescent, if so then the bottom right shape could be clown's "Thick Cork Stopper" which fits the shapes better. The round shape could be one of plague's apple addons, the last one i have no idea, could be the entity's claws since they're very prominent in the trailers.

1: I’m sure you just being silly, but the reason it’s called a Blighted Rat is because Talbot (Mr. Blighterson) tested the serum that transformed him on other killers and creatures. This little guys was dead, then got better… or worse, and died again. I don’t think Talbot or any killer calls themselves what their titles are. 2: One of the blocky looking one could be Clown’s corkscrew cap of all things. It would compliment the Afterpeice Tonic Easter egg we see elsewhere in the game.

@@schmuckmcgee7294 the cap is a pretty good match, but between feathers and fingers, I'm pretty sure clown is accounted for. As for the names, you're right, most of them aren't self identifying that way, but dracula 100% calls himself the dark Lord. Also maybe the deathslinger does it

Thank you to the DBD players who gave HOG information about relevant trinkets (with interesting powers and buffs, some better than others) from the killers to work with. Non-players of Dead by Daylight will definitely have trouble with those references. P.S. When you pick up the Hillbilly doll in the demo, there is a statistic tracker that pops up. It says 1 of 12, so there are a dozen dolls and a dozen trinket "rellik" collectibles.

[Theory 2] Its almost chronological in Terms of their Active time, just backwards. Doctor was taken in the 1980s Nurse 1940s Hag unclear Huntress 1900s Clown 1960s so this one doesn‘t fit [Blank] [Blank] Blight 1800s Twins 1600s [Blank] Dredge 1970s but its likely centuries old Knight 1300s If this order is correct, Clowns Spot would actually be Deathslinger (late 1800s), then Trapper (unclear, presumed Industrial Era so mid 1800s), third Blank could be Oni (1500s) but then we run out of Killers for the second Blank. At most that could be Unknown but it seems way older than that

The axe head is absolutely The Huntress’, the dagger was used by Otto Stamper to kill the journalist and summon The Dredge, I think the item you’re thinking is a feather might be a Plague trinket. The circular ones are probably not an Oni mask as it doesn’t have the horns, bizarrely the weirdly shaped one looks a bit like the female Cenobite’s neck brace but she’s licensed so it’s not that, looks a bit like a Knight add on? I really hope we learn more about Otto Stamper from this game, maybe even his daughter/sister Pauline Stamper, the murderous filmmaker. Also the Blight reference makes me pray we’ll get more Talbot Grimes content in some way he’s so cool and interesting

I think you're on to something with most of the trinkets. I have made some research of my own so here are my results: - When TCOFS was in developpement, the Unknown hasn't been revealed yet. So unless Behaviour revealed the unknown to SMG in advanced, it seems more likely that the trinket belongs to the Oni. However the mask doesn't seem to fit for me. It has a horn and none of the options is horn shaped like so i don't think it would be this add-on. Which would mean that we're back to quare one with both of those square shaped trinkets. - I believe there should be at least one of the first launched killers in it, so either the trapper, the wraith or the hillbilly. It would be weird to not have one of the first trio for a game making hommages to the franchise. and out of the three, my guts tells me it's gotta be the Trapper. Maybe one of the bear trap add-ons for the last unclear trinket but it's just a wishfull thinking. - Between the Clown and the Artist, my money is on the Clown because, when i look at the trinket, the top end shifts to the left which isn't the case for any of the feathers. So yeah it's probably one of the fingers from the Clown. - The baffling trinket is very weird. Whatever this object is, it has to be very specific for it to be position that way. Appart from the bear traps which is far fetch, i honestly have no idea. - By eliminating the killers who are "confirmed" to have a trinket or any killer that we've already mentionned, that leaves: the Spirit, the Legion, the Plague, the Deathslinger, the Trickster, the Skull Merchant and the Singularity. The Spirit and the Oni are both japanese killer so only one of them can be added to the case. I believe it's the spirit for the Yakuyoke Amulet. None of the Singularity add-ons mash up. So imo, he's out. (plus like the unknown, he was revealed at the same time has SMG collab announcement) Even though she is also recent, Skull Merchant could have a shot, if we cut off the cable, the Ultrasonic Speaker would fit for one of the squared shaped trinket. Unless their mask or the Iridescent Button are very square shaped for the trinket, i don't think the Legion has one. Any of the tablets or amulets is a possibility for the Plague. The Deathslinger has the Marshal's Badge which could fit. Can't say the same for the Trickster, most of them are disc and the rest wouldn't fit. So here's my guess on the killers for the two square shaped trinkets; the Spirit, the Plague, the Deathslinger or the Skull Merchant. Hope this could help figure out the last trinkets.
