This is English but also Celts. The West of England and all of Wales are very similar and all are Celts. This is actually a West Country accent from Devon and Cornwall and not Ireland.

It was absolutely incredible, my brother bought tickets for me and my dad when I was 15. Unfortunately it is considered the most expensive flop in West End history and stands very very little chance of a revival :(

Unfortunately not. This musical has all but disappeared from existence bar a few clips and photos and the music from the CDs. The only way you'd get the sheet music is if a fan recreates it.
