Cases such as this show why it's always best to live alone! Nothing like having your very own sanity, peace and tranquility. Nothing beats that!

This case is a waste of time. The couple know they owe and just because you loss ya job doesn't mean you don't have to pay.

The Plaintiff ignored ALL of the huge red flags and took these losers in. And they didn't even have the money to move in!!! Bad choices... Get a small, quiet apartment that you can afford on your own. One of my 1st experiences living on my own, was living a studio apartment in a large converted hotel. There was Murphy bed in the closet. I had to do my dishes in the bath tub and there was this freaky old combination refrigerator\stove appliance in the hallway closet and a cheap wood shelf screwed to the wall above for storage. I've never seen anything like it before, and haven't since. There was a small closet in the bathroom, normally meant for your towels, wash cloths and linens. I used one shelf for that, and the other 3 shelves are where I stored my dishes, flatware, pots & pans. BUT IT WAS CHEAP!!! My total rent and electricity were about $130 a month! It would have been awesome if I could have afforded to bring home fast food every day, but I was in college and working part time to get by.
