The Cat Talk | Ajahn Brahm | 29 December 2023

Tonight's talk was interrupted by a cat coming inside, which reminded Ajahn Brahm about a mysterious story of how a cat found its way to Dhammaloka Buddhist centre. Ajahn Brahm also shares stories about how powerful the mind is.

Forgive yourself and make up your mind not to drink alcohol anymore and will never insult others. It is obvious that the immediate consequence of insulting a friend causes unhappiness for both ends. May you be happy
