Anglers seem to think bad things about him ,he's never hurt anyone.Back in the 70s 80s early 90s never heard or saw any bad feelings towards anyone unless the angler was an arsehole.Now if your a none carp angler your a Noddy unintelligent idiot labelled by carp anglers or they fish for pretend cameras and go on like experts.Im an all rounder but a carp angler too since since the late 70s.

Brilliant interview AD, great to see Ali probed about the background of it all and not just about big fish and tips. When he couldn't answer about who he would choose to catch a fish to save his life, I think we all know he wanted to say Dovey but didnt want to break Spooners heart lol
