I love how Misto and half the girls are dancing on their own at the start. I bet Misto wanted a dance solo and the girls thought 'That looks fun!' and joined in! Love him, so... indescribable! 2:35 Tugger's face tho! And Alonzo's! It's like they can't believe they managed to kick that high! I love how they all look so happy in this, and Rumpleteazer's little twirl at 2:42 was cute, her dancing in general was contagiously joyful, Jemima too- damn, I love it all!!! My childhood, right here!

I've wondered about that, too. I think it's because they fear their own inevitable fate of growing old and ugly. Grizabella is like a walking, breathing reminder of what the future holds for them. Humans fear old age, too, but these cats are much more honest about it.

ahhhh~~ such good quality. Half the sun of Cats, and its universe, is not the dancers, but the spectators, watching them react to the others dancing and speculating on the relationships they imply. Wish this amazing quality, you get that. Most of the others posted are only pixels in the background, not cats.

I have obsessed over this show since I was 6 (12 years) and was gutted when that sexy beast John Partridge joined eastenders. Now everyone knows who he is and he's doing depressing storylines rather than shakin his thang at us :P I know the whole show inside out, in fact, I'm gonna watch it right now!
