Thanks for informative videos! I suffer from chronic constipation and just had stool study. I have 3 bad bacterias and 2 different types of candida growing. Would it help to get colon hydrotherapy done before beginning or after completing candida diet and nystatin tx to help clear out as much as possible or can it make things worse? Colonics good or bad in helping rebalance microbiome?

I don't know that a colonic will make much difference either way. The microbes (bacteria and Candida) are locked up in biofilms lining the intestinal tract. You can't just wash them out.

I mostly have constipation lately .But do have lose stools on occasion .I have hemorrhoids mostly on the outside of anus and had them for decades .I use Dibucaine topical my Urologist prescribed for me for itching but it doesn't shrink the hemorrhoids. I also have severe jock itch that is intense sometimes and toenail fungus and have had my nails turn black and come off. i I use Nystop powder which just treats the symptoms for a short time.I was treated for H.pyloi infection years ago.My blood worked just showed an infection somewhere.so there sending me to a Hematologist.Might have signs of Lupus not sure yet till I go to him.

Not having sugar much at all although l.am a diabetic drink plenty of water. Had fungus infection in my groin terrible itching my nurse practitioner tried many creams for it 2 different anti fungal tablets on the last lot for 2 or 3 mths. I have had it for 6 mths now.

Hi doctor, I have IBS d. Currently I am on medication Librax and Ramosetron. My bowel movement is okay but I face continuous discomfort in my rectum area. I had stomach infection in last year june since than my IBS triggered. This is my third phase of IBS in last 7 years. Medicine helped me when I took it for one month in last year in October all my symptoms were gone but i stopped it myself and symptoms reappear. Now I feel continuous discomfort in my rectum area. It's not itching but discomfort and also up to lower left abdomen.

My last doc surrendert after we done all the tests, and nothing worked. I would even say i have more knowleadge then most the docs around here, i tried to connect with you guys via e-mail and whats app wasnt easy at all. Do you think its wise to do the carnivore diet when you have the matching treatment plan + carnivore to make sure all symptoms are down to make sure the treatment succeed or would you say, no its a bad idea? just as a general question.

I have had psoriasis for 20 years on my scalp being using steroids all that time . After a couple of years I had smelly itchy discharge from anus . Plus I have what looks like fungus under some of my finger nails . Then I got jock it and now my doctor is saying Candida . So if get rid of my Candida will This help my psoriasis. My doctor gave me fluconazole and cream. ?

Hey can you may tell me what you think about candida and shoulder, neck? found out that i have strong shoulder neck pain, it seems i always pull my left neck up i even have a dent there in the middle of the neck. on the right shoulder is nothing. Done in the past alot of heavy gym training, Is it possible that i have chronic stress from pulling up the left neck chronical and thats the reason that no treatments work against candida?

There might be a relationship between the two, but it sounds mostly like two separate issues.

I believe my anal itching might be from oxalates. Had peanut butter yesterday, itching today. Vaseline pet. jelly helps a great deal. Oxalate dump last year with my first (hopefully last) kidney stone at 72. Eating way to many cashews. Itching any time of day so I hope it's not pinworms. I've had diarrhea for months now, suspect IBS. Seems to flare up if I eat too much sugar. (sugar addict). I suspect sugar may be causing my IBS. Fasting for 2 or more days really clears things up, but that's no fun. I do IF daily though.

Aren't most oxalates dumped via the kidneys and the urine?

From what I have read, eyes, skin also. Your body accumulates until over filled and or you stop oxalates cold turkey. This is when your body tries to get rid of said poison, and it is a plant poison. Cherry redness in anal area during and after worst of oxalate dump. Brain fog and arthritic symptoms in my hip area. These symptoms subsided with less oxalated foods. Peanut butter yesterday was a screw up and I payed for it today. Slowly getting better. Note; I wonder if a lot of arthritis patients are really suffering from these tiny crystals in their joints. @@IBSTreatmentCenter

The worst food to eat is spinach, costs the most to produce, full of pesticides and fungicides. And the most oxalate.

Hi doctor, I have been struggling with this anus itching for at least 10 years. I have been always suspecting candida overgrowth but since I am young I didn’t have time and power to take care about that. Now I am 30 and decided to take it serious especially that after quite stressful December and full of sugar I got psoriasis… it really motivated me a lot. I cut off sugar (well sometimes tsp of xylitol or stevia), the only fruit I eat is pomegranate. I cut off diary, gluten. From carbs eat only buckwheat and millet groats. Coco yoghurt replaces me normal one. Apart of that oregano oil, caprylic acid, berberine, probiotics, pau darco, d3 and k2. Doc told me to take 12 days fluconazol and use posterisan h until itching stops. At the moment I am one month on this diet… sometimes it’s hard when there is family meeting or with friends.. I really wonder how much it will take. But besides that I wonder if it’s really candida or something similar. What tests do you recommend? Greetings from Poland

To be clear... We are not talking about/including itching of your upper butt crack, correct... We are talking lower (actual anus opening). If so, are there reasons for regular itch of your upper bitt crack, or is it just due to sweat, etc.?

I have like a smelly discharge at anal opening and red sore skin at top of butt and it’s itchy when I eat sugar
