So excited for the second half of this year. Last year, Cavs bench is Lavert and Cedi mixed with whoever they can rotate from the starting 5 to apply some pressure. This year when healthy they have Lavert, NIang, Strus, and Merrill. All have been been good contributors and bring a different piece to the game with the possibility to get some minutes from Bates and CPJ when needed this year. This team is getting better each year, and that's what fans want to see.

I knew Sam in High School and watched his growth in College. He has always been an amazing shooter. But it's extremely hard to get the experience needed in the NBA because they typically want athleticism over a quality overall Basketball player like Merrill. Which is why the NBA is losing fans every year... The NBA did the same thing to Jimmer. Fears about his defensive abilities kept him on the bench, when barely anyone plays defense in the NBA anymore.
