I love the idea of letting go of having to handle things and be ok. Grief is overwhelming. Pushing it away is exhausting. People worry about you but you are ok. It is ok to not be ok. I have days I need to zone out in bed. I felt awful about it. Not anymore. Loving yourself through life is so important. Loving all the parts, especially the messy, unhappy ones. ❤

The present moment. That’s all there is. That’s all there ever was. I never needed to be anything or anyone. Why I was ever rushing around I don’t know. You’re doing great Sandra.

It’s Jungian shadow work. Digging in to the darkness inside that you don’t want to see. The funny thing for me is, I was already digging into those things before I got sick. On purpose, because I knew I needed to. Maybe that’s what caused it for me. It’s like opening Pandora’s box. There’s an old Latin phrase in alchemy “In sterquiliniis invenitur”, “In filth it will be found”. It means that the thing you need the most is in the place you least want to look. I guess I need to keep looking. 😂

Wait she said she didn't have anything else to try. But she did the program and got "the hidden message" too. So she was doing the program right?
@Jeannene20095 ай бұрын
Sounds like to me that Sandra read through & did parts of the release cfs program and quickly got the bigger picture & take home message (e.g. validation) to give herself what she needs (e.g. radical acceptance of her feelings, behaviour & symptoms/being unhealed as well as accepting the bs of the world we live in (“to me being human is really awful”) - I loved that line 😂❤
