cheap shot, and then kidney shot just before the cheap shot ends. then gouge or blind just before the kidney shot ends. After that it depends on the opponent- you can cold blood into eviscarate (bankai), or gain some distance into stealth to cheap shot again, or use preparation to reset vanish etc.
