Where can I find a flywheel for one of these? Does the 77 and the 65 have the same flywheel? Would really appreciate some information.

The early 65s and 77s had more or less the same running gear other than the piston and cylinder. The l65's never had anything other than points ignition, the l77's had electronic ignition on the later versions. Id say they have different flywheels although it wouldnt surprise me if they were the same. Pretty badass saws if you ask me

So glad for this video. Gramps gave me his two chainsaws, a 2100cd and a smaller one that looks exactly like this one but I cant be sure as the tag that has the model number on it is gone. As old as they are they started on the 6th pull after sitting for 5 months over winter and started on the first pull the day after.

HI , ChainsawGuy. I appreciate your videos. They have helped me repair a couple of husq's already, a 357 , and a 371xp. I just picked up one of these. Little difficult to start though. It has been sitting, so I suppose I should pull the carb and clean it out. already put in new plug and sounds like it wants to start , just not getting the fuel to ignite I think. Any advice I would appreciate. thanks again
