Redwoods are unique trees. Unlike many other species, Redwood tend to grow in tightly grown together clumps. These clumps are formed when multiple sapling spring up from a single cut stump. They eventually grow into a tight clump of trees and this is what creates the difficulty for Timber Fallers. Cutting second or third growth Redwood is often a challenge because of this reason.
I have not really done a lot of videos on actually taking down Redwood clumps. I have tended to focus more on larger timber, Jacking trees,,,,things like that.
I plan on doing more videos on taking down Redwood Clumps in the future....so be sure to let me know if watching the Redwood Clump takedowns is something you guys enjoy watching. Thanks for your participation!

Yes please, the clumps are more interesting. Much more like the overgrown coppice stools wee have this side of the pond. So how you tackle them is highly relevant. I would normally try to do these individually, then of course they all get hung up, so this approach is interesting.
