Esta cancion la escuche una vez bajando a un chiringuito que aun existe en El Rompido,Huelva,en 1987,no lo olvidare jamas,es y era preciosa..Ahi ponian musica fantastica,y no la morralla que hay que aguantar ahora!!

have u noticed their songs usually change their tempo and melody in a very chameleon-like way as they're approaching the end and they usually come up with a melody which is every bit as good as the initial one... pure genious, 2 songs for the price of one lol.... Btw i think u know u've really come across a true gem when u can listen to it zillions of times and never get fed up with it... must have listened to this song a thousand times since 1987 when i first bought this record!

"If this is the stuff dreams are made of. No wonder I feel like I'm floating on air." For me the good old Chameleons provided a huge part of the soundtrack of the eighties. Chameleons for ever!

Well, as good as The Chameleons were, The Sound and The Comsat Angels are right up there with them. Also, House of Love, Kitchens of Distinction and Simple Minds are gems inside the same treasure chest of British music. But all in all, Adrian Borland's music is very tough to beat. Thanks for posting this great classic. Music like this makes life worth living.

Truley Great. We have the world in the palm of our hands. We were the great Manchester band! The music will Live longer than us. We knew we had it before we had a drummer. John was the best. 1, million per cent commitment. We were playing 2 and a half hour's every night. The music will never die. Love you all. We always knew we were well in front. We were rebels to say the least. Stay safe. World Peace NOW! Dave Fielding and

+Cal Qlus One year since your post... I hope that this Mother's day is better for you than the last, that the wounds that made your last painful are minimized if no longer existent. If this song cheers you up, try listening to Denim and Curls... or Perfume Garden.. or Tears, or View from a Hill.. All of those songs put me at peace.

The best band ever IMO...but hey, I grew up to their sound since 1982 - the gigs, the albums, the people who followed them, the highs, the lows. This song still holds so much emotion and passion. I'm glad there are people out there that connect to this wonderful music! Cheers all! Bracknell pete.

I remember logging on to a Chameloens site 18 months ago and it had their songs lyrics and some of the explanations. However, whatever this song means to you is the real meaning. To me its the realisation that time doesnt go backwards, past happy times and loved ones are just that, the past. When you understand the past then the present and future fit. A load of bollocks, I hear you say, but thats what it has meant to me since the first day I heard it. The greatest song by a great band.
