I too have been recently noticing my menstrual cycle has a huge effect on my ability to be productive due to the sadness and depression I feel right before/during my period. Scheduling around that time sounds like something I’ll have to look into as well! P.S. I can’t wait to get my order! ❤️

I've been taking note of my productivity and energy cycles and how they're affected by my menstrual cycle as well! Someone on tiktok pointed out how people with periods all seem to have unique cycles versus people without periods. The way that our society is currently organized benefits those without periods (mainly cisgender men) because they also have a similar cycle, but they go through the entire process of their cycle in one day, hence why they have an easier time adjusting to the 9-5 work week. For me there is a definitive week during the month where I have to allot plenty of time to rest because of how low energy I feel. Usually this is the week before my period too. It makes sense why I would get so easily burned out by jobs that required a consistent amount of energy level on a daily to weekly basis. I definitely need much more flexibility. I’ve been looking into something called “flo” it’s like vitamin style gummies you take to help balance the hormone swings-it’s supposed to help all symptoms of pms which is so harddd for me to find..I’m ordering it soon! Please don't feed your cats grain free food unless you gave been specifically told to do so by your Vet. Are they overweight or diabetic? Then there's little chance they will benefit from grain free.

i get worried that bc they live in a small apartment the extra carbs will cause them to gain unhealthy weight. is grain ok in food then?

@@palomathepeach There is no research that suggests the grain free diet is harmful for cats ( unlike for dogs where it can cause heart disease). But grain free diets were developed for animals who are severely overweight or diabetic. I am not a fan of feeding a diet that your pet doesn't need. Any good quality cat food with grain, appropriate for their age is fine. You can consider an indoor cat food if you are concerned about weight gain related to lower activity. But at their age, I don't think its a problem.

Yes many women, including myself, experience what’s called PMS (pre menstrual syndrome). Pms occurs a week before our periods, sometimes a few days before sometimes earlier than a week, depending on the woman. It’s a gradual fall of hormones from our periods until our next cycle begins (which makes us feel a whole lot better and back to “normal”). This is because hormones are replenished a the day or sometimes a couple of days after we start a new cycle. Symptoms I’ve personally experienced is bloating, breast tenderness, headaches, irritability, bouts of sadness or emotions, cravings, sensitivity, feelings of doubt, less creativity, complete energy depletion, increased stress, stronger sense of smell, nausea, and the list goes on. Haha. A lot of times I go through waves of these things, symptoms trading off and some particular ones stay almost the whole week. It’s a very real hormonal thing, and it has been a positive thing in my life to recognize and know when I’m going to PMS so I can recognize it for what it is and change my schedule around. 💖

I use epoxy resin to glaze my creations but I don’t wear and masks of anything because epoxy resin is non toxic, right?

i have not used epoxy resin, but UV resin is extremely toxic so i use my gas mask always.

I read a book called Period Power by Maisie Hill and it changed my life because I came to better understand my menstrual cycle and how to use it to my advantage. Now I can organize my work and personal life much better and according to my nature, my cycle. Maisie Hill also has a podcast that can help! I'm sorry but my English is not very good, I hope I was able to help 😊
