As a fan of Bilal and his work, even I stopped watching IM midway because it lost its charm and the scenes stopped making sense. There was no connection between the scenes and that is when I stopped watching. Happy for Bilal because I think its his first drama that has become so massive, but Farooq Rind has this habit of starting to drag and ruining the show midway, unfortunately. Samajh nahi aati itne strong start ke baad finish kiun nahi strong rehta. Look at Parizaad man, each episode was a gem from start to finish. That is a drama you can remember for ages, and maybe even wish for a sequel, provided the story is strong. Lekin IM, agar yahi mayaar rakhna hai sequel ka to meherbaani karen, actors par bhi aur audience par bhi

dramas like mere paas tum ho and parizaad made sense playing in the theater because they actually had an impactful last episode with danish’s death and annie and parizaad’s reunion. ishq murshid had none of that to offer. parizaad also had great cinematic shots, which ishq murshid lacked. it didn’t have a mind blowing last episode, no great direction, and sadly only a couple great performances. MPTH and PZ had all the above including great performances from all.

DureFishan is a bit proud and acts like she does not belong to this world that she depicts in dramas and does not even like to speak Urdu and spent vacations in Europe. There was nothing special about Ishq Murshid. The story was flawed. It's appalling to see that they arrived 3 hours late and didn't feel sorry. Arijit singh started his concert 1 minute late and apologized to his audience. That's humility and professionalism which pakistani actors lack big time 👎

Ishq murshid was not overrated but ruined by its director as he usually do that with all his projects!! its really unfair to blame actors for that..they worked hard and they knew that people are not happy with last 5 - 6 episodes of it!! may be that's why cast did not want to come...otherwose your narration was fair and funny as well and i'm so happy to know bilal dure are together i hope its true!!! Hi guys, completely agree to the point and I totally believe that the PR agencies of our actors have completely ruined their image. They don't event know how to position their actor to the audience, they are just their to mint money from their brand deals. I have some experience working in the entertainment industry and I have seen that some of the most talented actors in our industry are guided by their dumb PR personal which really affects their image badly yet some of the seasoned and veteran actors are surprisingly very approachable and respectable towards their audience. Kudos to you guys for being vocal about it. Keep at it :)

I usually don’t write reviews , but since I was so invested in this drama from a long time(towards the end the team only focused only on money making, which was evident as the quality of the episodes saw a decline)the drama was a hit mainly because of the screen presence and chemistry of Bilal and Dure which they created together. The end was absolutely disappointing, leave alone justify the plot (which they made into a chaos towards the end , around episodes 20 onwards, there were so many abrupt cuts, mismatch scenes , no explanation what so ever about a particular scene), they couldn’t even justify the title of the show where is ‘ishq murshid’ when you could not give the lead a couple a single good scene towards the end , no reconciliation scene or anything, not everything is a walk on the beach , iykyk . No love could be seen both Shahmeer and Shibra's characters were completely ruined. Where did they potray Shahmeer's concern for his beloved, Shibra's fierce nature was ruined, where is the selfless trustworthy love. The love confession from shibra and the wedding were just as abrupt. As the title suggests this was supposed to be a love story about ShibMeer. Watching this last episode I cannot conclude it as one. The potential of all the actors seem misused .

I started watching IM in the middle of show because of all the hype about it. Even from there I was always confused why no one is questioning what is going on with bits here bit there. Stars need to realise that the same public which is crazy for them can drop them like a hat. Maybe they weren't to blame for late arrival but still they should have apologised. Personally i think neither the director of stars wanted to attend because it is just absolutely silly having Final episodes in the Cinema. Seems like the popularity of the drama made Hum TV production make some real blunders along the way and this was another feather in their cap. I really wish they employ some young minds to guide them.
