The unedited clips I got from their final show in Douglasville, GA; The very town where it all began. Long Live.

As someone who ran a venue for years and has seen The Chariot live many times, I absolutely loved going to their shows……at someone else’s venue hahahaha. So much fun!

I didn't know this about this band until I saw the last minutes of their set at the last date at warped in 2013. Needless to say, when i found out they were breaking up a month later, I was pretty devastated. There isn't a band in this world that runs chills up my spine quite like this one. Long Live.

The chariot was my first “metal” concert in early high school (like 2005?). I was never the same (seems silly to say but you who saw them will understand). There will never be another band as incredible as The Chariot. Long Live. 🫡

what happened?
@joshisajedi246110 ай бұрын
@@zachhoward4033Sorry for seeing this a year too late. The Georgia Department of Transportation forced all of the stores in that shopping center out so they could build a road through where they were. GA DOT didn’t offer them enough money to be able to find another venue at a comparable price to what they were paying at the time so they had to close down.

Noah Rubin Excuse me for paraphrasing it poorly at this point. "We were at high school one day at front playing hacky sack, right in front of those big arching pillars that connect to the gymnasium, and this friend of mine decided to climb to the top. One of the other guys all of sudden yelled "teacher!", which he lied, and so the friend decided to just jump down, but he didn't jump outwards he went straight down. So when he landed, he broke both of his ankles. So when I saw that guy jump down from the rafters, which I was waiting for him to jump when everyone was looking, and he went at the worst possible time, and he jumped straight down just like my friend -- so I was just like, "yeah, he just broke both his ankles.""
