Hi Toni and Lou walking is so good for you me and my husband have been walking 5 days a week for a hour a day and I feel so much better it does matter how old you are I’m nearly 66 and my husband is 77 thank yous you always make me laugh have a lovely evening xx

For someone that had to be persuaded to do this channel you go Lou, and the man thing me and my husband have both had covid and flu I was like give me the paracetamol and he was like it took one 😂 me if taken 8 throughout the day

Me and my friend do 5k Sundays, it includes going out for breakfast, coffee and cake half way and then another cuppa to end, Sunday well spent. Theres a lady on you tube rural referb, she has loads of hydrangea bushes and she dries them and sprays them and uses them in her decor. She sprayed them gold for Christmas, little idea for you when they die off.

Hi Toni and Lou u do make me smile have u tried Wepre Park in Flintshire we have a castle board walk fab walks then go to visitors centre for and cuppa and cake talking about men my husbands feet if he’s told me once he’s in pain in the end I told him he was boring me so he’s shut up thank god sending love 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿💞

You two always make me laugh. I think all men are the same they always have things worse than you it’s in there DNA to exaggerate everything lol. I used to work on cruise ships years ago and 1 member for each different department had to go up on stage in front of over 500 people before the 1st show of the cruise started, to welcome them onboard and give a little chat about their department. And just what you said the cruise director told me fix on 1 person in the front and imagine them in with no clothes on . The first time was daunting but after a few times it’s just gets easier. So I’m sure Toni will get used to it. Xx
